Skey Enterprises played a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity across the Summit Apartments development.
High-speed fiber optic and Cat6 Ethernet cables were installed to provide reliable internet and network access throughout the building.
The project also integrated National Broadband Network (NBN) access, guaranteeing high-speed internet for both residents and businesses.
The ground-level retail shop was equipped with dedicated data and communication lines to facilitate smooth business operations.
Additionally, the four-level basement incorporated Wi-Fi access points , ensuring comprehensive connectivity within the parking area.

This project entailed the construction of a modern and functional General Learning Building. The structure boasts six state-of-the-art classrooms, as well as ample collaborative spaces for student-led teamwork.
Faculty and staff were also catered for with a dedicated staff room, an art room, and their own designated facilities.

Barwon Health North Dental Expansion
We are proud to have played a key role in the data and communications infrastructure for the expanded Barwon Health North Dental facility.
Our networking and cabling solutions ensure seamless integration with advanced dental equipment and patient management systems, supporting both clinical and administrative workflows with high-speed, secure connectivity.The newly enhanced facility now features nine dental surgery suites, a reception and waiting area, an interview room, an OPG lab, public and staff amenities, and comprehensive back-of-house facilities. Our structured cabling system is designed to meet the highest industry standards, guaranteeing reliability, scalability, and future-ready technological advancements for a modern healthcare environment. We helped to create a connected, tech-enabled space that aligns with Barwon Health’s vision of delivering high-quality dental services in a welcoming and well-equipped setting.

Barwon Heads Golf Club Redevelopment
The $11 million upgrade to its heritage-listed clubhouse includes new dining and admin areas, a golf forum space, a museum, and three short-stay rooms. There will also be landscaping, traffic improvements, and upgrades to the kitchen and bar.
The Club is upgrading its technology infrastructure with 30+ wireless access points, laying the foundation for a modern, secure, and connected Clubhouse that will serve members for years to come.The upgrade includes fibre cabling, switches, and AV integration, all feeding into a central communications room, ensuring seamless operations and an improved member experience. The installation features high-quality, rodent-resistant cabling for long-term durability.Additionally, NBN is installing a new fibre connection near the Clubhouse, linking directly to the Club’s IT Communications Room. This upgrade will strengthen the Club’s digital capabilities and future-proof its technology.
